Contra Costa Incubator Project

The Contra Costa Economic Partnership has taken the initial leadership role in developing a plan to locate three to five business incubators in Contra Costa County. The county-wide strategy is intended to stimulate job creation and new business formation. The Software Business Incubator was the first to be established and opened its doors in August, 1997. Within eight months, the facility was fully leased and looking to expand its available space. The Telecommunication Incubator was the second to be established and opened its doors in October, 2000. The Bioscience Incubator is in development now.
